 CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

Our foundation to every practice is breath so we always begin there. The rest is entirely up to you.

 

The class will be presented as a vinyasa or flow-style yoga class, however, all levels are welcome as modifications are given for virtually every pose.

 

Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for years or are rolling out a mat for the first time, this class will offer a well-rounded sequence of movements designed to challenge and stimulate you—body, mind and spirit.
